Merab Fruidze is currently the director of "Camelyn" company.
Experience
Mr.Fruidze started working at the "Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery named after Academician P. Sarajishvili" as a scientific employee, where he became the main specialist in medical management in 1996. Since 1984, he was an intern-researcher at the Laboratory of Neuromuscular Diseases at the Institute of General Pathology and Pathophysiology of the USSR Medical Academy.
In 1998, he became the executive director of "The Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery named after Academician P. Sarajishvili".
From 2002-2005, he headed the neurological sector of the "National Center of Ophthalmology and Neurology".
From 2008-2011, he worked as the deputy director of "New Hospitals" in the field of neurology, and from 2014-2016, he was the medical director of "St. Joachim and Anna Medical Center of the Patriarchate of Georgia".
Education
In 1973-1979 he graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University, and since 1990 he has been a doctor of medicine, in 1999 he completed the course "Health Care Administration and Economics" in Athens.
